Lifting system

The purpose of this subassembly station is to fulfill the pressing of several components. The nest which is on the station contains PY block to ensure that the product is assembled in the correct position. Also, in the nest we have presence sensor for product and other components if needed

Soldering station

Heating molding tooling station

The purpose of this station is to warm up the tool before it is attached to the machine.
The design is made up of welded steel tubing, within three substantial plates housing electrical resistance, and an electrical motor to adjust the gap from this plates

Packing station
